Harrison Hot Springs

I had the privilege to do a little getaway from the city on this Easter long weekend. In fact, Ray and I went to Harrison Hot Springs on Thursday night and stay there a night. This was our second time there. We really love it there. It sure was an awesome stay at Harrison Hot Springs Resort and Spa. They have their own pools inside the hotel to help you relax after a stressful week at work. It did help me for sure because I was really looking forward to dipping myself in the mineral hot spring pool. The hotel itself is also very appealing because of the friendly staff and the affordable rooms. We are thinking of going back this summer and hopefully my family will stay over this time. There were about 20 people including my family that came up to meet us on Friday and we did the picnic thing at Sasquatch Provincial Park which was located about 10km north of Harrison Hot Springs. The weather turned out to be sunny and warm at about 22degC. What a big change of temperature from a week ago!! Everyone was so tired after a long day of countless activities like hiking, running, playing frisbee, swimming/dipping in the pool, etc. Wow...I was just tuckered out but I had so much fun. Now, I can't wait for summer to come and to do more things. :)
