Yeti Snowshoe Series at Mount Seymour

It was Ray's first snowshoe race for the season. Great race and decent weather for the race. I was there as a spectator taking pictures for Ray. Let me tell you about the race today. It was quite a tight race for Ray because the guy that came 4th was actually in the 3rd place, maybe 400m before the finish line. Lucky for Ray, this guy broke his snowshoe therefore Ray had the opportunity to pass him while he was trying to figure out what happened to his snowshoe. So Ray came third and this guy had to hold his one snowshoe to cross the finish line while running only with one snowshoe. It was pretty funny though. With a PB time of 36mins for the 6K route, he came 3rd overall. Results will be posted shortly.

Update (Feb 3): Results are posted on the Yeti site and here's the time and position that Ray came in; he came in 3rd/91 overall and 3rd in the 20-39 Open category with a time of PB of 35mins.
