Richmond Flatlands 10K Run

What a gray day!!! Ray and I still went out to the rain and ran 10K called the Richmond Flatlands. This was my 3rd 10K run and my time was 58:52 which was pretty consistent with my Turkey Trot 10K run last Mon. The rain sure didn't help and it was a challenging race for me. Check out my time at Winning Time website. You'll find me at 230th overall and 15th in my age group . Ray finished in 43:49 at 71st overall. Not bad, eh?? Right now, I need to recover from this race and be stronger for my next race.
